On 1994, a family who was dedicated to the construction business, bought the landing located at 1373 Viamonte St., intending to start an offices’ building, motivated by the strategic area of the city.
On 1996, before starting the construction, and after realizing a future increasing of the Tourism market in Argentina, they decided to build what would later be Viamonte Suites Apart Hotel.

The building’s history has always been deeply related to the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino (AFA) and its people, because of the proximities and the commercial relationship with this institution, which nowadays remain exactly the same.
After eight years, the Tribeca Buenos Aires Apart’s Management group, takes the operative control of the building in order to begin a hotel business chain, unifying the policies and service and quality procedures.
This way, we gain a new image which included a new name for the hotel “Viamonte Buenos Aires Apart”, such as a make over of its facilities.
